David was a Founder
and a Managing Principal of Ritchie Hallanan Real Estate,
Ltd, a boutique Real Estate firm, established in April
1993. He was responsible for all of the company real estate
transactions and managed over 25 licensed sales associates
in 2 offices. In April of 2007 our success and our strong
reputation of integrity in the local Real Estate market was
rewarded when we announced the merger of our firm with
Alain Pinel Realtors of Saratoga, Ca. Our new company,
Alain Pinel Realtors of San Francisco, is now the crown
jewel of the locally owned 25 offices Company.
With almost thirty
years of full time residential real estate brokerage David
enjoys a citywide reputation among homeowners, investors
and realtors at large. His name and word in the community
has proven to be one of his greatest assets.
David encourages all sales agents to be property owners and
investors in order to be more passionate about San
Francisco Real Estate. In addition to his personal
residence David has been an investor and developer of
residential Real Estate since the early 1980’s.
David
grew up in Presidio Heights in a large family with five
siblings and he enjoys the celebrity of being an identical
twin. His grandmother was born in San Francisco’s fabled
North Beach and his daughters are fourth generation San
Franciscans. David graduated from St. Ignatius High School
and the University of San Francisco. He currently lives
with his wife and two daughters in the Lake Street
area
