David has been selling luxury properties in San Francisco for over 30 years. After working with a major San Francisco brokerage firm for 15 years David co -founded Ritchie Hallanan Real Estate in Pacific Heights in April of 1993. He was responsible for all of the company real estate transactions and managed over 25 licensed sales associates in two offices (San Francisco and St. Helena).

In order to be more accessible to his clients David returned to his roots and co founded Laurel Village Realtors in Laurel Village San Francisco-Sept 2009.

David grew up in Presidio Heights in a large family with five siblings and he enjoys the celebrity of being an identical twin. His grandmother was born in San Francisco’s fabled North Beach and his daughters are fourth generation San Franciscan’s. David graduated from St. Ignatius High School and the University of San Francisco. He currently lives with his wife and daughters in the Lake Street area
